Bulldog Construction completed a pre-rental refurbishment over three months, demonstrating our expertise in preparing properties for the rental market with high standards of safety, comfort, and style.

We started this project with an essential re-wire and the installation of a new fire alarm system to ensure compliance with safety regulations and to give landlord and tenant peace of mind. We installed a new efficient combi boiler along with new radiators throughout the property, ensuring a warm welcome for future occupants. 

The building required some structural upgrades including a full damp-proofing course on the ground floor to prevent dampness and safeguard the property. The kitchen and bathroom were upgraded with modern suites giving an enhanced visual appeal. 

On the exterior, we rendered the gable end wall to protect it against the elements and improve the aesthetics of the property. To complement this, low-maintenance landscaping was completed to the front and rear. 

Further improvements included the installation of new windows and a rear door, boosting both the property’s security and energy efficiency. We completed the refurbishment with a fresh decoration scheme throughout and the laying of new carpets on both the ground and first floors.

Bulldog Construction continues to manage the general maintenance and upkeep of the property on behalf of the landlord, ensuring that the property remains in prime condition and continues to attract and satisfy tenants.
